Welcome to July everyone!! (Seriously, when did that happen?!)
We are going to kick off your month with Deanna & Dini's nautical engagement shoot in Mystic. We're going a little out of order while we finish up Stacey & Charles (coming at you over the weekend), but tomorrow is Deanna & Dini's wedding day and we thought you should at least Meet them before they were Married! :)

Deanna & Dini are both the masters of the J.Crew stare. And not only are they beautiful...they're brilliant too! Dini runs his own non-profit and Deanna is doing an advanced degree in underwater brain surgery. :) Or something as equally brilliant!
D&D are using the oars as their guest book (how cool is THAT?!) so they played a big role in our shoot. Plus they were just too darn fun to put down!
Work those pockets girl....WORK EM!!

Today we are continuing our crazy streak of shooting. Right now we're on our way down to Philly for a shoot and tomorrow we head off to Houston for a week of shoots. And then this past week has just been a blur of awesome shoots as well. Awww, Shoot! We can't wait to show you everything, but for now here's just a taste of the shoot we did with Deanna & Dini as we Sailed into the Mystic. :)
For the second half of our shoot with Deanna & Eric, we headed over to the Watch Hill Lighthouse in Rhode Island. The wind really started picking up then but these guys just went with it, frozen ears and all. I think it was worth it!!
These guys are an AMAZING husband & wife photography team based out of Louisville, Kentucky (although they don't really root for Louisville which is a GOOOOD thing cause we would've had to cancel the shoot on the spot for sure if they did! I'm just sayin.) who came up to vacation in New England this fall. They wanted to grab a few shots of them looking all cozy n' such in a typical New Englandy town so we met up with them in Stonington (the New Englandiest of all New Englandy towns) for a super fun shoot and some killer margaritas. It was one of the coldest days of the year and the wind was whipping in off the water....but these two kept it H.O.T!! So hot in fact that we had to break up our favorites into two posts or our blog would've gone into a three alarm meltdown for sure. What can I say...these guys know how to heat it up in front of, as well as behind the lens!
